Miller has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the commercial building industry.
Duncan Miller
Duncan MillerDirector of Business Development
Duncan Miller is primarily responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities and strategic alliances with Highland clients, members, and industries.

Prior to joining Highland, Duncan served in a national construction company where he performed a broad range of tasks including: business development, project management, operations, building logistics, and system design.

A licensed general contractor since 1981, Duncan has completed over 3,000,000 sq. ft. of interior build-outs for national retail corporations and developed numerous commercial developments.

Ronald Miller

At Highland Contractors, Inc. Project Manager Ronald is responsible for total project management including negotiating subcontracts, controlling budgets, and providing day-to-day communication with the team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.
Ron holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences.
Robert Miller
Robert MillerSenior Superintendent
Building upon over 12 years of experience in all phases of general construction, Rob brings a strong foundation of understanding and insight to his position as Senior Superintendent. Rob is responsible for managing all field activities, safety, scheduling, support staff, coordination of subcontractors, self-performed work, and quality control.

He does all this tirelessly and with the utmost passion. He is proud to be part of a family-owned business and wants to uphold the values and quality which Highland was built on.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
