Rob is the driving force behind our company. With close to twenty years in the game, he's been through every phase and faced every challenge in construction. From that initial client handshake to the final walk-through of a new, multi-unit building, Rob's involved, ensuring everything's up to par. He knows the ins and outs of building, especially the hurdles, and he's relentless in pushing for perfection in every project.

As a leader, Rob's strategic vision and innovative thinking have propelled the company forward. His ability to integrate cutting-edge construction solutions and maintain the highest standards of integrity has earned him respect within the industry and among his team. Robert J Miller

Palm Beach County Supervisor

Building upon over 30 years of experience in all phases of general construction, Rob brings a strong foundation of understanding and insight to his position as Superintendent. Rob is responsible for managing all field activities, safety, scheduling, support staff, coordination of subcontractors, self-performed work, and quality control.

Ronald Miller

State Supervisor

Ron is a highly experienced and accomplished construction superintendent with over 40 years of industry expertise. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and supervised construction projects in over 25 different states, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in various environments.

Duncan Miller

Business Development

Duncan is primarily responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities and strategic alliances with Highland clients, members, and industries. Prior to joining Highland, Duncan served in a national construction company where he performed a broad range of tasks including: business development, project management, operations, building logistics, and system design. A licensed general contractor since 1981, Duncan has completed over 3,000,000 sq. ft. of interior build-outs for national retail corporations and developed numerous commercial developments.

John Sansone

Lead Foreman

The names John Sansone. I like to have a lot of fresh fruit in the house and chocolate chips in my pancakes.. Write it down so you don’t forget. My best friends a 4 year old. Our favorite past time is hunting dinosaurs in the yard. I once wrestled a giraffe to the ground with my bare hands and I’ve been called the songbird of my generation. I’m the best superintendent here, not to be confused with flight attendant. Everyday is an opportunity to get smarter and stronger. If you need me, don’t call me- I’m busy building!

In her nearly 5 years at Highland Contractors, Kate has become an integral part of our team, significantly contributing to the company's growth and efficiency. Her focus on critical areas like permitting, licensing, and contractor relations has been instrumental in streamlining our operations.

With over two decades of experience as an administrative assistant in the construction field, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen understanding of the industry. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Kate's ability to foster strong relationships with contractors and clients alike not only reflects her professionalism but also enhances the collaborative spirit here at Highland Contractors.
